Burn gel is magic stuff
The burn gel in these kits is absolutely magic stuff. Every time I've used it, healing time has been a fraction of what I usually get on burns just treated with cold water. The pain relief is quick and significant.I recently suffered a quite serious burn on my hand from a splash of hot cooking oil. The burn covered most of the top of my thumb and some of my hand. I cleaned it off immediately, got it under ice cold water, grabbed a gel sachet, coated the area, and kept an ice pack on it. It's now a few weeks later and I'm left only with a slight discoloration to the skin.It previously saved me a ton of pain when I had my entire arm dowsed in flaming methanol (long story involving poor life choices on my behalf)Cannot recommend this stuff enough.

Essential First Aid.
Don’t leave it till you need it, by then it’s a lesson learned too late. Burns are so painful, it’s peace of mind to know this kit is in your first aid kit, on hand immediately. Highly recommended.

Bought it and landed up using it on the Mrs in the house after she really scolded herself and this really came in handy, great price, great quality, great package, do yourself a favour and grab one

First aid for burns
Very helpful. I treated some facial burns and the burn gel was excellent.Thanks to Amazon who delivered this early on the day without merequesting it.

Great value for Small kit, comes with everything except the cutters
Bag is a little flimsy but does the job! I got the Small kit which does NOT contain the cutters - it came with everything shown in the picture I uploaded here.It all feels as good quality as expected (I haven’t had a chance to actually test the gels yet and hope I won’t need to!) and the expiry dates on the dressings & gels are more than 3.5 years away so very good!The Basic First Aid leaflet is also very good, gives instructions about other first aid as well as burns.One note is that UK guidance was recently updated to recommend you cool a burn for 20 minutes, whereas the bag & leaflet still just say 10 minutes, but that’s understandable since I’m told it was a relatively recent change.

Great product, but allot smaller than I was expecting. Really only useful for one time use.

Great little kit to add to my kit just encase there's no running water. comes in a nice sip bag, easily identified.
