It’s sweeter than I expected for a protein snack. The other Quest cookie protein snack I bought was super bland, so I thought this would taste similar to it. It’s nicely soft, really is like a cake in the size of a cookie. A bit too sweet for my taste, so I gave them to my little brother which he likes it.

I love Quest protein bars, but these cookies aren't quite as great. The taste is good, and they are definitely low-carb, but they are nowhere near as filling/satisfying as the bars so they're more of a quick snack. If that's what you're looking for then they are a great choice.
