RAO'S so you know it is good!
This sauce is very rich and very good. I would like to thin it down a bit with chicken stock but oh no, mom it is delicious. My son loves the stuff. This is a thick sauce and if you want to thin it down, use a little cream or chicken stock. Other than that, the taste is perfect. Pretty good when you can open a jar and pour over noodles and sauteed chicken, a little onion and mushrooms and you have dinner. It is expensive but the best of its type, certainly better than the stuff my son was using and he admits I am right. Well really!

However, it’s a bit on the salty side, which slightly overpowers the cheese blend if you're using it straight from the jar. Still, with a bit of doctoring—like adding some cream or vegetables—it becomes a delicious, restaurant-quality sauce at home.
