Amazing pillow! My husband has had a lot of neck pain for years and has not been able to find a pillow that helps him until now. Before having the neck pain he still couldn’t find anything that he liked. This pillow works for him on a firm mattress and one with a medium-soft support 4” mattress topper. He is waking up way less often. I love the shape of it. It helps encourage him to not put his arms under his head. It also helps him to not put his shoulders up on his pillow. I can even cuddle up next to him and put my head on the side while his is in the middle. I’ve struggled for many years to be comfortable while my husband held me but this pillow is perfect for that. The pillow itself is firm and yet soft. It sinks in just a little to give your head contouring and supports your head and neck to the perfect height. Huge benefit that is not advertised is that my husband’s sleep apnea is better. He has less snoring, stays asleep longer, and stops breathing less than before. The apnea is completely gone but this is huge for him since he refuses to use a cpap machine. He says he feels a lot more rested. This is big for me too because he is a lot less grumpy since he is sleeping more. One problem we did have was a strong odor coming from the pillow. It didn’t bother my husband but it was giving me bad headaches. I am very sensitive to smells. After 2 weeks it still had a strong smell so I took it out of its pillow case and propped it up and let it air out for 12hrs. This fixed the smell problem. I no longer have headaches from it.

The pillow is great! I've used other ergonomic pillows in the past but they've all been way too small and impractical. This pillow is very comfortable and improved my sleep more than previous pillows I've used in the past. Very soft and firm, but not too firm. Many similar pillows I've used in the past were also too small so the sections for your arms didn't really fit, but this one is different. Much larger and the arm sections actually get used! Lol. Overall, great pillow for those looking to improve their sleep quality. I've seen other reviews mention not being satisfied with the pillow case, but this pillow also works with an extra regular pillow case. I use it with the pillow case it comes with along with my regular pillow case, fits well and still works the same!

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this pillow, but gambled on it because of great reviews and the inability to get a good night's sleep. It definitely works. I'm getting great sleep at night. No more sore neck, no more waking up in the middle of the night from discomfort, and I actually feel well-rested in the morning. It doesn't get hot at night, which is a huge benefit. I've used other foam pillows before that I found to be uncomfortable, but this one has been a very pleasant surprise. I can't say how well it would work for a back-sleeper, as I sleep on my side. But I've been using this for about a month and a half and I'm still very happy with it.

Overall, this is a good pillow. It does help align your spine when laying down and the memory foam is pretty comfortable. The only issue that I have is that my head is very small so I don’t think it lays in the most ideal or comfortable spot, as it does not lay as far up and into the divot as intended. It is also nice that it comes with an easily removable cover over the memory foam which can be easily washed.

I absolutely love this pillow! I received it on Friday, and I’m already noticing a huge improvement in my sleep quality. Before using it, I was dealing with serious neck pain, largely from sleeping on my stomach, which was also taking a toll on my back. This pillow has made it much easier for me to transition to sleeping on my back, and the difference has been incredible. I wake up feeling so much more refreshed and pain-free. My husband has terrible problems with his neck while sleeping. His left arm goes numb and sometimes stays that way for 1-2 hours after getting out of bed. Since using this pillow he has had no numbness at all!! None! He says it’s a miracle. When I roll onto my side at night and look at my husband’s spinal column it is perfectly straight! That is the secret!

This little pillow is so comfortable and easy to use! I actually bought this for my mother who has many health issues, one of them being neck pain caused by the many health factors and she also gets almost constant migraines. The first night my mom slept on this pillow, the next morning she texted to thank me again for the pillow because she woke up with no pain in her neck for the first time in years! I would say that is a win for sure. This pillow is easy to use. Easy to wash. It does not have a strong smell to it as evidence by my mom being able to use it the first night she opened it (she would not have been able to use it right away if it was off-gassing any smells due to her health conditions). The size is perfect for her and like I said she slept great the very first night she used it. It did not even take her extra time to get used to it. If you are considering this pillow, buy it!

This oddly shaped pillow is simply solid foam. I believe it's shaped so oddly in order to strengthen itself. The "pillowcase" is nice and conforms to the odd shape and while it can be unzipped and washed, I still covered it all with another pillowcase to save the "conformed" ones wear.Has it helped my neck & shoulder? I think so!
