Does costco sells the new mint chocolate in stores or even the original peanut butter ? would like to purchase in bulk in the snack sizes.

By safe ?? What does that mean? The man who perfected his product is a world class reknown Chef and he’s written a fantasy book on his life. Read it and buy 1 box or try a few from CVS -They taste great not like cardboard and do have a shelf life expiration date.

Are these soft or hard shell choco-tacos? I'm seeing mixed reviews.

They aren't tacos. They are a layered protein bar. The outer layer is soft, like the icing on a cupcake. Each variety has several layers - some of which are like a soft cookie and some of which are like a graham cracker. I haven't tried this flavor, but the flavors I have tried are excellent. These bars don't have the chalky taste that a lot of protein bars have.
