Tasty and restaurant quality
I find this product tasty and it produces a restaurant quality cup of Thai Iced tea. The instructions for water ratios seem a bit off...I find one packet is enough to make a 12 oz cup of iced tea. One packet of powder + hot water + ice is great for a good cup of iced tea. Would repurchase this product again. The value for money is good too.

Worth it
It is definitely instant tasting. But it is very close to the taste of the real think. A whole lot cheaper than going to the shop in town where one 10 oz cup is $5. Definitely play around and get the water to part ratio you want. I prefer mine iced but it is also good warm.

Makes the best Thai tea!
Super easy to make, tastes just like it does when you buy it from a boba shop. You can make it more concentrated or less based on how much water you add. I usually use two packets along with some instant boba.

Just Horrible! And Can’t RETURN
If I could give ZERO stars o would! This product is horrible and the fact that you can’t return it is the cherry on top! SMH! Just a damn shame!
