Garmin ā Expensive, Unreliable & Zero Accountability
I trusted Garmin. I paid a premium expecting durability and support. What I got was a smartwatch that failed within 1.5 years and a customer service team that outright refused to take responsibility. My Venu SQ 2 started showing battery defects ā jumping from 0% to 70% in minutes, then shutting off instantly when unplugged. I followed every troubleshooting step. When I reached out, Garmin acknowledged the issue but told me Iād have to pay ā¹14,000 for a replacement. That's nearly the price of a new device ā for a failure that is clearly on them, not me.They escalated to their so-called āinternational supportā only to come back with the same answer: Pay up or walk away. This is not wear and tear. This is a product defect, and Garminās response shows they do not back their customers once the sale is made. No goodwill, no accountability, no real support.I will never buy a Garmin product again ā and Iād strongly advise anyone reading this to think twice. When something goes wrong (and it very well might), youāll be left holding a dead device and a hollow apology.

Performance
Watch software is very slow and synchronisation of watch with Mobile takes ages. to identify features and functionality of Watch is very difficult. Itās complicated.
