This is a great product for those wanting to take D3 K2. The pill size is average size and easy to take. My vitamin d levels have gone up when taking this brand. I'm very happy with this product.

D3 has K2 which is good for heart health. 5000IU is perfect amount and if vitamin D is low in winter, then you can take 2. I like that it does not have extras in it.

This has helped with my mental clarity postpartum along with taking with magnesium. I can tell a difference when I forget to take them. Bonus: it has also in my opinion aided in helping lose baby weight
