Waterdrop is my favorite water filter and this is a very good pitcher, although I do recommend the 10 cup instead of the 7 cup, it is great, just don't drop it and make sure to use replacement filters. Krystal has been an exceptionally good customer service rep who helped me despite this pitcher being out of warranty and I appreciate that she went above and beyond for what it is that the white plastic water chamber had cracked when it dropped. Make sure to buy a 3 pack of Alkaline filters at some point if you actually are serious about water filtering, they cost more than the standard 200 gallon filters and filter 100 gallons each instead of the standard 200 gallons, but they are absolutely great for a person trying to improve their gut health. This is a good pitcher and the filter makes the water taste better. Holds enough water to drink.
