The key we were given from the ortho did not work well. I found these and my son Was able to turn his expander much easier!

My daughter got an expander at the orthodontist. Of course we decided to travel out of town for a long weekend and forgot the key! Amazon to the rescue, as usual. This 3 pack arrived quickly and did the trick. We were able to tighten her expander daily, as we were instructed to, and I would say these were just as good as what we received from the orthodontist. It was nice to get this sturdy multi pack so that way we'd always have one on us, wherever we went!
