I take it with my coffee. It definitely takes the caffeine edge off and and promotes calmness without the loss of concentration. I recommend you use a coffee frother wand to blend it well.

Good for anxiety to add a wee bit to your am drink without any side effects except calm and non drowsiness. Good to have for taking exams and going through traumatic experiences like a fire surrounding your property with lots of timber to burn. You still have a clear mind and can think quickly with out and anxiety.
