We have been using these lights for a couple of weeks now and they get super bright at night on full lighting. They come with a remote to dim as desired. They are great quality and I was able to set them atop a couple of square-type tall planters to create a pillar light on both sides of our patio.

These solar light are great. They stay on all night. They are bright and light the entrance to our driveway and gate.

So, I decided to try these solar pillar lights.The first thing I noticed was the weight of these things. They aren't some cheap plastic shells; they're solid. The grey finish is a nice touch, too – looks modern and doesn't show dirt like that bright white stuff. Setting them up was a breeze. No wiring, no fuss. Just put them where you want them, and let the sun do its thing.I was a bit skeptical about the "dusk to dawn" thing, but they actually work pretty well. They come on automatically when it gets dark, and they stay lit until the sun starts to come up. The light isn't blinding, either. It's a warm, soft glow that's perfect for the patio.What I really like is the E26 bulb socket. Means I can change the bulb if I want something brighter or a different color. That's a smart design. I also like that they're waterproof. We had a real downpour a few nights back, and they didn't miss a beat.Now, here's the nitpick: the solar panel on top is a bit small. On cloudy days, they don't seem to charge as fully, and the light isn't as bright. It's not a major issue, but something to keep in mind if you live somewhere with a lot of overcast weather.Overall, I'm happy with these solar pillar lights. Lights dusk to dawn every night so far and has a nice soft glow that is very attractive and has our neighbors asking questions.Is not the cheapest solar light out there – but in this case I can honestly say you definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommended!

The PAKEDANDUN solar powered pillar/fence post light is made of quality aluminum that is a must for those that want a quality light that comes on from dusk until dawn. Great battery life. The brightness of the light is perfect in the corner of my yard that isn't reached by the back yard lights. I can clearly see where I'm going in the warm glow of the light it emits from the LED. Great value for your money. The look is subtle yet classy. This product has great functionality on your property and I highly recommend it.

Short height makes you use a low profile bulb. The first unit I received had bad wiring and had to return. The other two are working fine. Good apearance.
