Arrived promptly, wrapped in cellophane. When you need screws, you need screws. I hate buying 400, because I really only needed one, but I'm not buying 20 or 50 for like 1 dollar less. Just get it. Great value. Screws appear to be formed decently well. First screw I grabbed threaded right into the tapped hole, so they appear to be good to go, at least from the one instance that I used one.
