Now for the hiccups - initial setup was a bit confusing. The manual could use clearer diagrams. Had some issues with mouse lag on one system, fixed after a firmware update. The lack of hotkey switching is disappointing - have to reach for the button each time. Extended mode works well, but copy mode had some alignment issues on different sized monitors. One odd thing - occasionally loses connection after PC sleep, requiring a replug. Overall, it's a solid KVM for dual monitor setups. Just be prepared for some troubleshooting during setup. This switch is bad quality feels like nothing. When I plugged it into my computer it did not work it would just flash non stop, and would not respond it even, had static on it when connected to display. overall I am not happy with this product, I got really frustrated with it, waste of my time!
