There was a missing piece when I received this easel. I contacted Meeden Help and they couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. They dispatched another almost immediately which arrived in a few days. The replacement one is just perfect. It is beautifully made and is fantastic quality. I couldn't be more delighted. Love this easel! Beautifully elegant and incredibly sturdy, rolls smoothly and easily, stays put when locked in place. Amazing quality! 100% recommend this easel. I'd post a picture, but it is not giving it the justice it deserves. The only downside I see is the fact I am definitely going to be messing up that beautiful finish with my paints... almost makes me not want to use it lol. I put it together easily by myself (and I am no handyman, trust me) in about half hour, easy breezy. Instructions were clear and each part identified. I wish I had considered Amazon before previously purchasing my H-frame from Michael's....ugh what crap that was for around the same price. Oh well, live and learn. This one is top notch!
