Creates a great effect under victorian skirt
This is a cute hoop skirt, goes well under the skirt that I needed. But be aware when putting it on, to keep an eye on the drawstrings that pull it tighter. When I first put it on and then went to take it off, one of the strings went inside of the hoop skirt, causing me a lot of time to gently pull it back out with a wire coat hanger. Now I tie knots at the end of the drawstrings to hopefully stop it from happening again. Also is a bit roomy in the waist, I'm a 34-24-36 and I had to pull it as tight as it could go to make it stay on.

Seems fine, but too long
Haven't had a chance to wear it yet. Civil War ball coming up, but I've had to take 5 inches off it. I'm 5'2" and it was way too long. Like the adjustable hoops.

Very nice; Will get the job done
So I ordered this for a cosplay I am going to make for myself. It came quickly, and looks to be in good shape. The only problems I've come across thus far is that I trip in it a lot (but I suppose that's what I get for trying to run in it) and I have to get creative trying to fit it in my closet

Very Nice hoop underskirt
I find this underskirt surprisingly practical for the type that it is and much more so than the Victorian ones really made in the 19th century but I cannot give it 5 stars because I had a problem with it staying up before I had it altered to have it have shoulder straps attached.

Two Stars
Not adjustable.

A nice skirt
I also ordered this for a cosplay. It is light and large, and the bones seem to be as nice as in my friend's fancy older hoop skirt. The adjustment system is simple and straightforward, and the fact that all 6 are removable and adjustable really gives you a lot of leeway in your styling and what you can wear it under. I really am happy with this purchase, and see myself using it for many years to come.

NOT CIVIL WAR!!!
Any woman wanting this for civil war reenactment, don't get it. It's not cotton. It's made out of an odd polyester fabric. It is NOT accurate and NOT a Civil War hoop!

Works well with Ren Garb
While not the right period, this hoop skirt actually worked really well with my quasi-Elizabethan garb that I made up for Ren Faires. I'd be tempted to hem it up a bit, as the overskirt I made was slightly too short for the hoops (which are floor-length, and very full), but that's not an issue with the hoop skirt itself.
