This supplement is amazing, I didn’t have such high hopes since most hormone balance for women supplements I’ve taken haven’t really worked for me. But i already feel a million times better. So far 😊. Honestly I’m only taking 1 capsule a day as I often forget to take the second. Completely my fault—there is no after taste when I take it which is nice. I notice that a bit more energy throughout the day and I’ve also noticed that those horrible hot flashes seem to be a bit less in the day. Hopefully I’ll work up to the 2nd capsule and it’ll work on those night sweats as well.Would definitely recommend.

I started taking this a little over 2 weeks ago, and a little before I started my period. I do think it helped mellow the symptoms but no weight loss. It’s still early so I’m giving 4 stars as my body may still be adjusting.There is an adjustment period with bloating and some stomach discomfort but that eased within a few days. Started with 1/2 the recommended capsules and worked up to the full over the week which helped.

Hello so far soooo good. I have had two periods a month for a few years and after just a month and a half on these it has been lengthening. I think it truly is regulating my period slowly and helping with some side effects or symptoms of my periods! If you are here reading recommendations let me tell you this is the product you are looking for 👌💝

I was skeptical honestly. I’ve been experiencing most of the symptoms that seem to be “normal” for women at this stage of life and I especially had to do something about the tiredness and how often I was irritated by things that have never irritated me before. I’m a few weeks in, started with one and moved to two after I felt like I wasn’t getting any weird side effects. I am now up to the dose they recommend of three a day and I have energy, I’m so much calmer, and I have actually been dropping the tiniest bit of weight, which seemed impossible a month ago. Will continue on these for sure!

After one month of use, I give this product 4/5 stars. I can say, with confidence, I feel more balanced overall and have experienced better sleep quality. However, I have yet to see a reduction in night sweats and/or hot flashes. At this time, they remain the same. Thankfully, no worse! I am delighted to have found one supplement that incorporates quite a few of the supplements that I have been using. That, in itself, is definitely worth the price!!Overall, I would say after one month of use, symptoms have improved slightly. Hopefully, as I continue to increase the dose, the benefits also continue to increase. Gotta have faith!!
