While 95% of the other reviews for this product seem fake (which caused a decent deal of concern when purchasing), I can attest to the quality of these straps as I've experienced so far. They held 3 people (decent sized high-schoolers) without a problem. The carabiners that are included aren't always reluctant to close but the screwgate is nice. The cam buckles do make a slightly unsettling noise when you get in the hammock after initially setting it up as the teeth dig in to the strap (whereupon there are marks left thereafter but none such that appear to compromise the integrity of the straps). I would use two carabiners on each end just in case. Additionally, the lengthy nature (25 feet) of this set is for sure a plus and I'm impressed with the stitching efforts (4 stitches at the cam buckle loop, 6 at the bottom loop, and one at the end of the feeding end to prevent fraying. Also worth knowing that the bag is plenty big (no laborious "tucking" of equipment into the bag unlike most othrer brands) and seemingly weighs hardly more if any than traditional straps. Overall I'm happy I got two sets and may get a third soon.

I recently tested these down at Mohegan State Forest in the rain no less and boy what rain did we have it was like a monsoon hit my tarp the only downside that I found which I probably my fault in the begin with I have no idea I will have to retest this again for this theory but every time a raindrop would hit the straps it sounded like a drum beat going through the strap all the way through the hammock up to my ears but like I said it could be just the way I had it

The tree straps are great. Long and durable. The cam buckles, not so much. Both ended up failing within minutes of each other. Dumped my wife I on the ground (combined weight, less than 500lbs)

Sturdy and easy to use! Very strong, highly durable and very well made. Better than expected. I like that they come with its own storage bag. Must have accessory for your hammock.

Great quality hammock straps. Perfect for extending the distance between usable trees. Doesn't stretch or sag like the nylon hammock ropes that came with my hammock.
