This stuff tastes GREAT. I haven't been using it long enough to express my opinion on any effects it might have but I don't have any negative after effects

It tastes good, with no bad aftertaste. I just started using it, so I will update you when things start to happen.

I have never been able to sleep more than 6 hours can sleep 8 to 10 hrs very relaxing and more focused but that's mixed with methylene blue and red light therapy I feel the best that I can remember

hi everybody i do not usually write reviews i am a woman i just turned sixty years “old” and i have found my whole foods vegan tablets more and more difficult to digest over the past several years i have also found male formulas increasingly preferable..clean nutra is a good new company it is nice to have combination formulas so as not to have too too many tincture bottles about-i do agree that this is a low dose formula but that is alright for my needs i am a girl an ol’ gal and i like to take a lot of other things also i hope that this review was helpful to someone anyone at all + have a good day ;)~

Taste great

I have taken a lot of these herbs and formulas over the decades so I know when they work or they don't work. While the ingredients in this formula do have some benefit for sexual health, unfortunately, the amount they put into this bottle is too small to do much of anything. I started off with the recommended dosage and felt nothing. The next day I doubled the dosage and felt nothing. In the following several days I took 4x the recommended dosage and still felt nothing.I know what effect I get from high-quality Tongkat Ali and I did not get that effect from this formulation. Tongkat Ali has a very strong and horrible taste, which is why it's best taken in pill form. There is zero taste of it in this formula. (Yes they have added a very sweet flavoring to this formula, but still, there is no taste of Tongkat at all.) The recommended dosage of this formula says it has 100mg of Tongkat Ali. For reference, the pill form of Tongkat Ali that I take has 800mg.As for the rest of the ingredients in this formula like Ashwaganda and Shilajit, they would have to be taken longer term to feel the benefits. Perhaps if you took this formula for several weeks or months you could get enough built up in your system to feel a difference. But for my money, I would choose to take pills which have much more of the ingredients in them.Of course, your mileage may vary. This formula may give you some benefit depending on your individual deficiencies and if you take it long enough.
