Quality and good value for money
I bought this primarily because our fridge freezer failed and it took 6 weeks for it to be replaced under warranty. So we need something to keep things frozen and chilled. This is a very effective unit. It chills very quickly and managed to maintain -18C even in the recent heatwaves in the UK. The remote control via the phone app is very good - clear and easy to use and works every time. It’s a big unit and fairly heavy at the functioning end but not too heavy. It’s also very quiet. We tried it recently in the boot of our car (big 4x4) and it worked perfectly. Overall pretty impressed with this unit and especially considering it is about the same price (or cheaper) than a non-powered Yeti cool box of the same size.

Stylish, efficient and value for money
Took delivery four days ago and used it over this past weekend which was hot. Set to 3C and it kept food and drinks beautifully chilled in the campervan. Easy to use controls which are intuitive but the user manual explains things well anyway. The display is clear and easy to use. Fridge runs very quietly once at temperature. The fridge is lightweight, compact and looks good. I’m impressed so far.

Review of the Alpicool CF45 Fridge After Several Weeks of UsE
After using the Alpicool CF45 fridge for a few weeks, I can confidently say it's been a flawless addition to my setup. This fridge has consistently kept drinks and food cold, regardless of the weather or time of day. The temperature control is precise, ensuring everything from beverages to perishables stays at the perfect chill. I’ve used it in various conditions, and it's performed impeccably, maintaining cool temperatures even during hotter days. One of the things I’ve appreciated the most is the energy efficiency. Despite running all day long, the fridge has minimal impact on my power usage, making it perfect for longer trips where battery life is crucial. The CF45 also offers a surprisingly spacious interior for its size, allowing me to pack in plenty of drinks and food without any hassle. The build quality is robust, and it feels durable enough to withstand bumpy rides if you’re using it on the go. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the performance and reliability of the Alpicool CF45 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable portable fridge. It’s exceeded my expectations and has quickly become a key piece of gear I rely on.

Budget fridge/freezer
Pros: Its a good fridge/freezer, the cooling is undoubtedly amazing I have used it in my car via the 12V cigarette lighter cable that came with it and the cooling was top notch but make sure its lying on the flat surface like floor or boot. The price is amazing, totally great value for money. Its way more than ample interms or storage capacity if you are couple camping for a weekend.Cons: The compressor is loud when it turns on occasionally, you can very clearly hear it. (Best to run on eco mode to avoid it going into over boost)There is a constant noise of fan, its by no means a super quiet fridge and you can also hear something like a water running in the lines. The build quality is okish, the hinge on the door is a bit fiddley and if you are not careful, chances are you can very easily break it.If the road gets rough it might throw a code but sort itself out on its own (i remember getting a P1 or F1 code for a couple of seconds but I will give that to the fridge because the road was very rough and even the expensive high end brands would give you an error on such a bumpy ride).I planned to use it as a dedicated car fridge but in my use case I think I should gave opted for a smaller fridge, this just takes too much space.

Worth the investment
This little fridge is perfect, value for money, easy to use. Works well and gets to desired temp quickly.Only thing for me and I say this because I have had these camping fridges before is that it is quite noisy. If you were camping and it was close to your tent it would keep you awake.Otherwise it is well worth it.

Excellent fridge
Why did you choose this product over others?:This fridge is fantastic for my off-grid 12v solar setup. The compressor cuts in and out when the set temperature is reached. It's very rugged. Also you can set it to run at low voltage for when your batteries are running low. Thoroughly recommend.

I wouldn’t
Cheap, not worth the money in my opinion. The app is terrible, Chinese and not very good. The fridge does work but you can’t control both compartments independently. Better options out there for me. I returned this.
