Hello. I've been using Solaray products for over 15 years; and, during this time I have always received high quality vitamins, which had no defects or issues (such as broken seals, missing vitamins, etc.). And, when I take the Solaray vitamins, I can feel them working in a way that is positive, with no side affects. There seem to be a billion companies that sell vitamin and mineral supplements today; and, I have tried some of them. Most have been organic, and all of them have been expensive (in some cases, very expensive). Ironically, none of these have been able to achieve the same level of benefit or feeling of wellness that the Solaray products have been able to achieve. In the past, I have purchased the "Solaray Provide" vitamins: I used them for many, many years. I chose to try the "Solaray High Energy Multivitamin", and in comparison to the Provide vitamins, I receive the same benefit and feeling of wellness after taking them. Other customers have stated that there is a smell or aftertaste with this Multivitamin; however, I have not noticed any peculiar smell or aftertaste. In fact, and for me, there is none. I recommend this Multivitamin very highly. I plan on continuing to use it as long as the formula and the quality is unchanged.

I trust Solaray products as I have been using them for years. When I was looking for a one-a-day vitamin I found this one and it seems to be working great. Since everyday is an individual day and I'm doing different things every day I can't say that these "have changed my life" but I have enough energy to do the things I want/need to do. I will be 75 in a couple of months and I am very happy with the energy level that I have.

I absolutely love these vitamins- I am normally a 2-3 cups of some kind of caffeine otherwise I feel like I need a nap kind of girl- when I remember to take one of these in the morning I forget to drink that second cup of coffee in the afternoon and I have so much more energy! I feel great and I don't feel that afternoon drag when I take these- Absolutely recommend and have often given to friends lol

I studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and I was looking for a complete multi to take. If found the Solaray High Energy Vitamins and I have been taking it for over 2 years. They are vegan and non-gmo. I keep in on subscription so I never run out. It’s pretty easy to swallow and you only have to take one- so they last for 120 days .

I am an older person and have been using this vitamin for 20 years. No bad side effects ever. And I can tell if I miss it for a few days because my energy and moods start to go downhill. Just has that little something something most vitamins don't have without iron. Which I dont need.
