Delighted with my new neck, shoulders & back shiatsu massager. In fact it can massage almost any area of the body satisfactorily because it is easily manipulated to different areas by use of the arm loops. It is a well made quality item and functions surprisingly well which, for the price, is a pleasant surprise. It is very portable so long as you have a plug nearby. The flex is sufficiently long at approx 2 metres in length. It does come with the right plug fitted. The only slight con might be that its arm loops might be made for somebody with much shorter arms than the normal European. But, once you get used to the shortness (and it appears to be non adjustable), it's fine. My son put his eyes up to heaven when I said "try it". He did & after grappling briefly with the short arm loops, he announced that it was really good and gave a very pleasing neck massage. It has heat (that should be very nice in winter) and three different speed levels. It seems to go both ways in the massage but it has a reverse direction button too. It appears to be able to be used either way round (zips up or zips down) - puzzled me to start but I have tried both and it works great whatever. I have not yet tried it out in the car but it comes with cigarette style charger, so I look forward to trying that next long journey I'm taking. Happy out. I am liking this multi massager to iron out the knots in my shoulder muscles. It does not work on battery, it must be plugged in.

I am knot kidding - you need to buy this. I have been suffering from back knots since a gym injury and this has hit the knot similar to a deep tissue massage. I did not expect the sheer power this can produce and the functions mean this can be adjusted to your preference. I’ve only used it a day but it seems of good quality. Overall, a great product and would highly recommend for anyone who wants an easy to use massager.

This is rather brutal but does the job. It popped a massive knot in my shoulder that’s been there years , followed by a massive neck click.Could do with more settings.You can use it up and down the spine , Lower back

Bought to try for neck and shoulder pain. Works a treat, sat with it on watching tv for a little while. It digs deep and gets warm, changes rotation after a little while. Easy to use, comfortable to hold in place with the straps and you can use it all over - neck, shoulders, lower back and thighs.After using there was a definite reduction in neck/shoulder pain and was left feeling comfortable after using.Would recommend!

i was scepticle this would work as i have deep muscle pain in my lower back and shoulders but this actually reached the pain relief mark ,i love the way i can put as little or as much pressure as i want which lets me get a deep massage on the painfull areas .for the price i would highly recommend

Box arrived damaged, which if course is likely a one-off and not related to the product itself. The actual device was alright but not particularly comfortable to wear nor easy to reposition elsewhere at the body. Heat function takes quite a while to warm up so isn't suitable for quick use. Helpful to adjust speed and direction but no change in the actual massage technique. Overall, will return it as expect there are better things out there - but does the basic job.

Love this product which is described as a neck and shoulder massager. I actually use it for muscle pain in my back and it is brilliant! So relaxing and it is like a firm hand massage. It gives me fantastic pain relief and combined with the heat level button, together with the button for the pressure of the massager it self makes this product well worth the price. The design is good but slightly longer side pieces for where you put your arms would make it better. Other than that I am made up with this product. Thank you!
