Looks much nicer than typical shower valves and it feels high quality. The handles are solid metal and move very smoothly. It is fun to see the water temp and time displayed.Unfortunately the valve is pretty restrictive. The output at the showerhead is marginal and feels underpowered. The output at the tub spout is quite poor, I measured 2.5 gpm there. That would be typical for a restricted showerhead, but the tub spout is wide open (no restrictions whatsoever).The display is also a little underpowered, and flickers at anything less than max flow.

The product worked exactly as advertised. However, the installation is one that takes an experienced plumber and most retro installations will prove to be "not-so-easy." Worth it? If, it keeps working as it did during my first use, Yup.Unlike most US fixtures, the hot is on the right side, however, the cold inlet is on the bottom. Which, required a re-routing of the incoming cold water pipe. I tried to cheat and did not cut enough of the wall board behind the shower and had to make two more cuts to be able to complete the instruction. The unit is well made and is almost a work of art, however, its depth is different and the installer will most likely have to cut out the old temp valve support and make a new one for a proper fit. Again, all the extra worth was worth it!!!!

I bought this because i need a quick solution to a problem. I wanted a rain shower head and a standard shower head. I went to lowes, home depot, ect and they all told my i needed to special order and it would take time, but time was not on my side. I found this and figured it would do the trick, but i didn't see a point in the digital display but whatever. Fast forward several months, I can't imagine life before! Stepping into the shower every so often to manually check the temperature like some sort of peasant!?!? I think not! Now I always have confidence now that there will be no surprises when it step into the shower, and the timer keeps us in check for lengthy showers.

I was thrilled with the quality of this divertor. And the price is incomparable the include a pair of gloves so you can install this fine piece without making it dirty. And I was remodeling my bathroom and this is solved a big problem for me for three setting all in one piece

Trying to get a problem solved doesn't work. I don't think they understand a clear statement. I asked them how much for the rest of the parts that didn't come with a 200 dollar shower mixer. I get a song and dance in a E-mail saying I bought a mixer. Well I am sending the item back since I can't get the matching hardware...

i didnt like it at all, the water came really poor, the LED is dim you almost cannot read the numbers

The digital screen stopped working only after a month of being installed. I hope I can return it for one that works
