This pillow has really helped my back while sleeping. I have recently lost weight and started to noticed lower back pain in the middle of the night and when I woke up. I’m a side and tummy sleeper. This is my third try with a back pillow. This one was a keeper. I’m able to place it under my mid back, lower back, and lower to lift my hips. It does move a little while sleeping but it’s a pillow on sheets, not like it has rubber grips or sticky’s to stay in place. I would recommend trying this if you have any back pain. My next try is using it while laying on the couch being lazy watching tv.
