Great kit. Started the process in late March and now have three strong seedlings!

Seeds don’t grow at all
Did everything as instructed and the only thing that grew was mold.

I’m thrilled.
I bought this and thought for sure it wouldn’t grow, tossed it under a grow light after following the fridge directions for 20 days and it’s surprisingly thriving. I love it.

Didn't grow
Followed instructions waited the amount of time for the refrigeration and gave it some water occasionally during the time it was supposed to be germinating and never let it dry. Never sprouted, I even moved the rocks around to check after the time it was supposed to have grown. All the seeds grew some sort of blue mold, likely penicillin. Package arrived in a timely manner and nothing was missing, seeds were just bad.

Follow the directions, and patience needed!
Short version: you have to follow the directions very carefully and wait a long time, but success is possible. I was a little worried getting this kit, as a lot of people had posted that the seeds never sprouted. However, given the company's replacement guarantee, I thought I'd give it a try, and so far, I'm pleased. I followed the directions to the letter, and I was just about to give up and ask for a replacement, when lo and behold! The seeds sprouted. It took much longer than I anticipated, longer than the packaging said (about a month after the artificial winter part of the directions), but there are two sprouts that I can see now. The only remaining question is how they'll do in another few months when I transplant them to real pots instead of the plastic "greenhouse" of the kit. I can't guarantee the same results for everyone; Japanese maple seeds are notoriously difficult to grow. But especially given the company's guarantee, I'd say it's worth the experiment.

Easy to grow just leave it alone and don't water too often.
Super easy to grow just leave it alone essentially. Since it came out of the fridge I've watered it twice I believe. Only one out of the pack grew.

DID NOT WORK!!!!
Did everything by the book didn’t work. 0/5 stars but 1 was the lowest it would let me click. Can’t get replacement seeds like it says because after you realized it doesn’t work it’s too late to return already
