Best ever AC. Low Noise, Faster cooling and very Low Electricity consumption. My old 1.5 ton LG ac lasted for 11 years now bought LG again.

The media could not be loaded. 15 june 2025 buying price 35,999 but I got it at 33,999 (-2,000) discount by using one time payment through PNB credit card.Product is great in build quality.Very low sound, feels like fan is running on the speed of 2.Overall great experience but yes for installation required follow ups from the customer support.Thanks LG. Another LG product now in my home.

The product itself is great—I’ve been using three of them already. I love how silent the AC is and that it doesn’t cause any issues. However, my experience with installation service was disappointing. The fitting cost they charged me was ₹8,000. The person who installed the unit even asked for money while kneeling, and when I asked for a bill, he gave me a false one. I insisted I wouldn't pay until I received a proper invoice. They also charged ₹3,000 for core cutting. The product is labeled as being from 2025, but the manufacturing date is November 2024. I contacted both Amazon and LG, but they both said it was my issue. After four days, the AC was finally installed, but now I realize the product is from November 2024. I ended up paying ₹8,000 in total for installation and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. I’m sharing this so others are aware—not even big companies are immune to fraud.

Really happy with 1.5 ton ac will check how much bill is generated but room becomes very very cold I have 3 more acs of different brands voltas not that great, samsung good till new, Hitachi good but LG is best

EDIT: On reading the other reviews, I can see people have been charged exorbitant fees for core cutting. My installation guys did not charge anything for that - my AC was installed for around 1700 Rs total, not 7-8k like the others. Best to check with your neighbours on the quality of the service team in your area.LG has the best installation team. Compared to Lloyd which is a 1/10 our experience here was a 9/10. Very professional installation team who properly fitted pipes, installed stand, ran wire through the room etc.Spend the extra money on your peace of mind and go for it. With Indian brands like Lloyd, Voltas etc. the customer service hassle after the fact is not worth it. With bank discount the price for me was only 1-2k more expensive than those other brands.

Pathetic stay away from this ACWater leakage, Cooling Issue..Already 3 technician visits in less than 3 Months.This is my last LG product..
