I’ve been taking this for a week now and I didn’t expect it to work so quickly. The first night? I slept like a baby. The quality of my sleep is amazing and I wake up refreshed every time I have this in my system. My bathroom breaks are smoother and my mood is great now. I’m a grouch but with this? For some reason I’m more at ease and I’m even motivated to be more productive. I don’t know how this works but the history is true. I’ll be taking this for as long as I live. It works !

1 downside is some of the pills tend to burst or dissolve. I have kept them in a cool dry place and when they arrive were all in tact. Still ad least 3-5 in 1 sleeve are all busted . The over all effects are noticeable though more so than another brand I tried.

Just about the only real deal on Amazon. I tried a couple of hymalian shilajit, I was very suspicious to say the least. This is authentic mumiyo.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Got these because taking the tar/resin form was horrible tasting. It was effective though. The effects of this were insignificant to the resin I was originally taking. Yet the poor taste was only slightly muffled. At this point I would just stick with the resin offerings.

Amazing supplement I use it for detox some use it to help bone health I am sure there are many more benefits
