My wife is disabled and she finds this pillow so comfortable as it not only supports her head, but also fills the gap between the car seat and headrest to support her upper back.

I've used the cushion during hour-long commutes and I find that it is comfortable, reduces road vibration, and prompts me to use good posture. I can turn my head to look at my blindspots without restriction or discomfort. For reference: the headrests of my car tilt forward at a slight angle. I tried the cushion on my mesh office chair, which includes a curved and angled headrest; however, the cushion did not fit well against the headrest and chair, and was not usable for that scenario. The cushion works best when it is against a flat or nearly-flat surface. The neck cushion arrives vacuum-sealed and required at least 2 hours to fully regain its shape after I removed it from the sealed bag. Note: The cushion arrives in a carrying sack, but it does not fit into the sack after it regains its full shape. The build quality is excellent with no obvious flaws or odor. - I like the foam's density because it cradles my neck while also being soft. - The gray fabric is cool to the touch and neither it nor the foam feel like they trap heat. - The strap is good and the buckle easy to use, though I wish there was a secondary strap to ensure the cushion did not slide down. The product information states the cushion should not be left out in the heat or direct sunlight, so I think I will need to store it indoors between car rides in order to prolong its life during the summer months.

Comes packed tightly, so you need to take pillow out of cover so it can expand. The pillow is very comfortable and supports my neck and shoulders very well.
