I ordered this pillow around 19 weeks pregnant and have been using it since (now 26 weeks). I mainly needed to make sure I didn’t roll over onto my back while sleeping, and it does help with that. But as I got heavier, the support felt really good on my back too. I didn’t realize how much it helped support the bump until I took a couch nap the other day without it and felt a pulling sensation on my side. This thing is great and so much less bulky than those gigantic full body ones - much easier to take when traveling and doesn’t kick my husband out of our queen size bed, ha. Covers zip off for cleaning as well.

It’s comfy but not very sturdy - doesn’t help not sleep on your back. I would just roll over and flatten the pillow.

This pillow was great for my recent pregnancy. I was having discomfort around my hips and waist and I love the support from this pillow. I used I every night. It's very minimal and doesn't take up the whole bed! Now my son is 8 weeks old and I use it for support while breastfeeding. I do wish the Velcro was a little stronger. The pillows would separate at night pretty frequently and I'd have to stick them back together. I also noticed there are some holes in them after I washed them the last time.

Never ended up getting a big pregnancy pillow because this thing was so great! Used it from 12 weeks to 40 weeks. It was great for bed but also for the couch. Cover comes off the 2 cushions so it is easy to wash. Saved mine in case I get pregnant again, it is an essential item to me!
