A caveat emptor from me with this product.It worked fine for around 6 weeks, then began malfunctioning. A light flashes on the back, telling me it has lost contact with the internet and consequently switches itself off. It is approx 6 feet away from the router, so the problem must be internal to the product.Desiring a return, i read that Amazon only accept returns after 30 days. No returns are allowed after that. Instead, they deflect me onto the products website, which is no use whatsoever.Amazon must know that some of their products are 'shonky' and that is why they are only expected to work for 30 days.Amazons policy is an infringement of the Consumer Protection Act here in the UK (which states that such products should be guaranteed for at least 1 year.)Buyer Beware.

What a great product the picture quality’s is great and you can download the app for free no monthly costs for the standard use, you can then watch the camera on you phone or tablet from anywhere at anytime as long as you have internet connection and so dose the house your placing it in. This works best if left plugged in my view as the battery only lasts about five hours, but it’s easy to use and to set up. We use it to keep a check on my elderly mother and she lives a hundred and twenty miles away and it works no problem.

Great clock and great quality camera during the day the only thing that letting it down is the night Vision hard to make things out and not very clear.

I bought this spy camera hoping for reliable performance, but it’s been mostly disappointing. The night vision feature doesn’t work at all, which defeats the purpose of discreet surveillance in low light. I even tried changing cables to rule out power issues, but that didn’t help.On top of that, it can’t connect to the network in several places I’ve tried, which severely limits where I can actually use it. For a device that’s supposed to offer flexibility and convenience, it falls short in critical areas. Definitely not worth the price.

Nighttime vision not good but can see daytime as good as nest or any of them really sharp HD except for the nighttime vision I would highly recommend that as I have it in the kitchen anyone in there turns the light on anyway, so the picture is picture-perfect haha. I would definitely buy another one if need be.

Works well you can't tell it's a camera

You can’t even look at the videos on the computer, they come up in some “.media” file type instead of MP4 or something. And the .media only makes it viewable in the app. Would have been good but during a two hour record, it randomly stopped halfway through. The app is also messed up, you can’t even call and view your videos on there, it automatically sent you to one point in the day and it just freezers there. When you try to go forward or back, it automatically goes back to that one point and just sticks. Absolutely terrible, do not buy, I promise you you will regret it.

It’s very useful with dual function of bright clock in a compact size and very fine and high quality video for surveillance. Its letter size is also very good to use on distance.
