I really like these, they give me a boost of energy. I can last longer before I'm hungry for lunch. I take it once a day. They have helped with my time of month. I have tried two other brands, the first one was great and I had appetite suppressant, just didn't help with time of the month like I thought it should. I took two a day at first but i had no appetite I felt so full, thats what I really remember from them. But I think these are almost in line with those, I'd have to take them again to refresh my memory. The second brand I took, nothing. I even did what it said twice a day, nothing. I was able to try this brand because I ordered a few things that aren't on subscribe and save, but I usually stick with subscribe and save because most items I want are on that. So I'm trying another brand next. If this was on that I would get it again.

I got this because I love Saffron and all its great benefits for body. I have been taking this for a week, easy to swallow, I have noticed the calming effect but I am hoping to see some metabolism boosting effect later. apparently it should be taken consistently!

I have been taking this product for a few weeks. I quit my anti-depressant before using and am feeling better than I did before. It seems to do what the anti-depressant wasn't. I am also not nearly as tired during the day and in a lot better mood in general. I highly recommend!

I had read and heard from various sources that Saffron was a good way to control the appetite. This product works, but it is subtle. You also have to figure out the correct dosage for yourself and how many to take to be effective.

I liked this, easy to take, only been using a couple weeks, hard to tell if it helps curb appetite as it’s near holidays and I tend to eat what I want, would buy this again as all and all I feel pretty good
