Gatorade works not only for sports usage but for medical usage when dehydration is occurring or is at risk and has been a staple in my pantry for years. The lemon lime is my flavor of choice, the original flavor, because it has less of a sweet taste than the newer flavors and when mixed at less than full strength is easier to consume with less chance of gastric upset than any other flavor. In the middle of a full blown migraine or a gi bug this has been a valuable resource to stave off dehydration.

Have been using it since one year regular. Product is genuine but now they have drastically made it overpriced. I will consider it again if they reduce the cost. It was under 1000 a month ago!
