Fast and reliabe
Devices exceeded expectations. Purchased for work machine for wife and is working great and is fast. Make sure to get a USB c hub since it doesn't have any full size USB or other ports.

God Helped Me
I upgraded from the Surface 5. I love this model even more. I miss is the SD and SIM card slots. I was trying to switch to the Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360. The Amazon vendor kept delaying the shipment, so I took a refund and eventually settled on an upgrade of what I have. I think God intervened in answer to my prayer for the best option for me., because I got this Surface at about the same price as the Book 5 360.In my research I read that nothing in this machine is upgradeable. I will just say, not so.

Compromised specification
This item was posted to be wifi and 5g connectivity but wifi only device was delivered. Quite disappointing

No offline watching of streaming services
Still not convinced I made the right decision getting a Surface to replace an iPad. Sure there are more connectivity options with usb ports but a very big downer is the fact that streaming apps don’t allow downloads of episodes.For work related tasks and browsing, all good.

Not 5g capable.
This product promises 5g capability and sim tool, however our doesn't come with sim tool or even 5g capable at all.

great, but Microsoft needs to reflect.
This little power house works great with nice features. Runs 2 additional screens with the docker, have tried 2 keyboards and a number pad and a mouse running an my lan with a 6 gigabyte database from my server. Microsoft has issues that really pis,,d me off. Caution - just cause an issue you are trying to resolve is found online for windows 11, it may be incorrect. My experience is you best search for advise related to " Windows 11 for Surface Pro" because it is not standard. I followed advice from Microsoft and ended up having to restore the device and start over !!!!!!!
