Fantastic cleaner, I used it for the first time today, and it did a wonderful job on all my carpets. The quality is really good, and it is easy to use. I used the supplied carpet cleaner and it worked a treat. I checked out a few different YouTube videos on this particular model and it ticked all the boxes for me as I had stains on my bedroom carpet, 6-year-old carpets that we looking really dirty. I have some handy tips.1. The bottom collection bucket fills before the top one empties. You will notice straight away when this happens as the water stops flowing properly.2. You'll see how dirty the water is in the bottom collection cup... I recommend 2 or 3 further passes with just water... this will get your carpet even cleaner with each extra pass.I really like seeing all the dirt get sucked out of the carpet and when you empty your container you see how much dirt it has cleansed and it gives good satisfaction when I pour the dirty water down the toilet.My carpets now look really clean. When done, I recommend cleaning the dirty party with a hose in the back garden, then let them dry before piecing them back together. Excellent value for money as it is cheaper than buying new carpets.

Why did you choose this product over others?:After continuously getting my carpets cleaned professionally. I decided to invest in a carpet machine as with 2 dogs and 4 adults in my household it gets messy. It took me a while to find the right carpet machine looking at reviews on amazon and also the Which report . So I decided to try this make as it was listed on the best buy on the Which report and the reviews on here were pretty good. It was easy to assemble and the tank was bigger than others which is great. It’s also easy to disassemble to clean which is a massive plus as it’s we have 2 hairy dogs. I am very pleased with the results on our light grey carpet … our puppy had a few accidents which it managed to clean and also my daughter dropped makeup which it also removed - very pleased with this machine and also the price in the Amazon sale 👍

This is an amazing carpet cleaner! It's completely revamped my carpets which were looking very grey (Bought a light stone colour.) It's super simple to use, love the 2 brush rolls which have picked up not only the dirt, but gets into the carpet so well it's also picked up lots of hidden fluff. Hand held attachments are also really easy to use. Worth every penny!

Our dog is old and has some bladder issues so this is the main reason for getting.Really easy to set up and get going, simple clear instructions, love the pre stain spray, got up stubborn marks within a few passes, carpets dried quickly (30 mins for express clean and just under an hour for a heavy clean), the hand held attachments are great and did my stairs quickly and as good as the main head, the pet solution was great for neutralising pet odours but my reason for 4 stars is because I found it heavy to use and it made my back ache after 15 minutes.Otherwise if you don’t mind the arm/back work out then I definitely recommend!

This carpet washer is the key to my sanity. With 3 kids, a cat and an elderly dog; this little gem is the reason they are all still alive and kicking. It has cleaned engine oil, copious body fluids (human and animal), mud and various foods and beverages out of my carpets without complaint.It leaves the carpet almost dry and gently fragranced, and is so easy to clean.Only downside is that it could use a funnel to fill it.My gratitude to you Bissell, you are outstanding designers 🥰

After moving into our new home last year, my husband and I had to decide what to do with the existing carpet in our bedroom, the spare room, the stairs, and the hallway area. On close inspection, it was quality carpet with no wear and tear and had been professionally fitted. However, there were some signs of stains and an unpleasant odour, and it was absolutely in need of deep cleaning!We decided to buy Bissell’s ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner because of its outstanding reviews. Although it costs £329.00, we believe that it would be a good investment as we could use it as often as necessary in our home without the need for professional carpet cleaning services!Assembling the cleaner was uncomplicated as the instructions were closely followed. The box contained one clean tank and one dirty water tank, a spot stain remover, a stair tool, a tool for cleaning the brushes, a hose for connecting the attachments, some cleaning solutions, and a measuring container.My husband found the cleaner easy to use. There is a green button above the right wheel of the cleaner called the ‘Clean Shot’. When he pressed it, the cleaning solution was sprayed directly onto the stained areas; this is a good pre-treatment for tough stains. The ‘ProHeat’ (Heatwave Technology) warms the water in the clean tank as it flows through the cleaner. The cleaner has two brushes which help to agitate the carpet more effectively; when water is dispersed, any embedded dirt is released effortlessly.After several uses, we were shocked to see the filthy water sitting in the dirty water tank! When we went into that same room a day after it was completely cleaned and dried, it was as though a new carpet had been fitted! We are so happy to have bought the Bissell Carpet Cleaner and highly recommend it.

Very good machine works well . Quite loud. Downside is no rinse function as no separate shampoo container. Also very small capacity water containers and so it frequent filling and emptying. If you want to rinse you have to change the shampoo mix to plain water which is a bit of a schlep. Otherwise it good and cleans very well and it's stong and sturdy but not heavy and it's easy to assemble and easy to use.

Oh I just love this, it really gets every bit of dirt and has shown me how rubbish these cordless vaccuums are. Room smells amazing and it dries very quickly. Brought an old rug back to life too. I've been shampooing all the families carpets, just to show it off
