I purchased these for my mother. She's been wearing them for a year and has had a good experience with them. She mostly wears them in the car when we run errands and she says it makes it a lot easier to hear me and carry on conversations in the car. They are comfortable and provide good quality audio. They recharge easily and are easy to use. We've had to replace one ear piece but it fell within the warranty period and EarCentric is living up to their word and providing a replacement under warranty. Overall, we're happy with these hearing aids and my mom recommends them.

A quality product that greatly increases my ability to hear, only issue I've experienced is that they don't seem to work as well when the weather is colder, usually temps under 30f otherwise they work exceptionally well.

They have been the best rechargeble aids i have tried. The charge lasted more than 24 hours. They are comfortable and the fact that you have a volume extender in case of severe hearing loss which i have. Instructions were easy to follow and i like the lifetime support when you register them. I will be letting you know good or bad how they hold up to my needs. Thank you for listening to my request and thank you for the free registration gift (mobile charger). Sincerely, Janet Kilby Perry and my daughter Moriah thanks you too.

These are the best hearing aids I ever had and the cheapest. They were reg $199, but there was a $50 discount coupon attached, $150. My first set cost $2,600 about 10 years ago. The regular price was $5,200., but the seller said if I bought 1, he would give me the 2nd free. Imagine the markup when they can do that. Those were analog, not like these that are digital. This was still cheaper that the other set pair I was quoted at $4,800. These hearing are rechargeable, fit great and you don't even know you're wearing them. A Great Product at 2X the cost.

I've been trying to save the $1900 to buy the Phillips hearing aids from Costco. I had tried them while I was in the store and I was truly amazed on what & who I could hear (at the same time)! Life keeps getting in the way and Joe Biden certainly isn't helping me reduce my monthly expenses to make it easier to buy the hearing aids! I figured for $200 I'll try these, if they stink like the others I tried from Amazon I could just return them. I actually like these. I can "hear" the difference between using them and not using them. These are NOT as good as the set for $1900, but it's hard not to appreciate the benefits of having them for just 1 tenth of the cost. It's hard to leave an honest review with the good & the bad because these are so affordable (in comparison). These are much smaller than the Phillips brand, which is also a nice surprise. The dislikes are pretty few also: I can turn the up, but that also increases the white noise, not just isolating voices. I can't determine if there's any difference in clarity or crispness between the 2 program modes, they sound the same to me. I work in the automotive service industry, not as a technician. I am subjected to an array of sounds every day at work. I hear multiple people having various conversations and need to be able to discern when someone is speaking just to me, but with all the other people still talking. I hear the vehicles pulling into the building and the motorized garage doors, the phones ringing and so on. These hearing aids can help me (unfortunately) hear them better. There's no filtering of sounds with these hearing aids, some sounds are perfect while other sounds are choppy and it feels like I'm being bombarded with all the sounds with no depth perception. Somehow the Phillips hearing aids were better at filtering noises/sounds. When I had them on in Costco, I was able to e Listen to a conversation between a manager and 2 employees while I was standing next to open top refrigeration units that were also making noise. I was more than 4 feet away from those staff members and I could hear every word without worrying about the refrigeration units clashing. These Amazon hearing aids aren't as sophisticated, but for $200 I can lower the TV volume and lower the car stereo volume BOTH by nearly half and still hear them as well as I did without the hearing aids. So, I guess these budget friendly amplifiers are best suited for typical home life, not a busy, often chaotic work place. On a typical day, I keep the volume at the lowest setting & sometimes that's too loud and other times it's perfect.
