The tablet came as described. I bought this tablet for my 22 months son. Its excellent for that age and and great price. The tablet came with a cute case with perfect handles for toddlers. My son damaged the tablet less than a month after it was bought because it was not in the case. I reached out to the sellers and they gave me a replacement free of cost. They have great customer service. Each time I emailed them they responded within a few hours.

I ordered one of these tablets for my 2 year old grandson. He absolutely loves it but after 3 weeks he fell on it and broke it. I contacted Bronds and they replied the same day and replaced the tablet with a new one within a couple of days. It was so easy and hassle free and they responded promptly every time. I am totally impressed with their service and the tablet. So right off the bat folks understand that this tablet is not going to be super fast like the multi hundred dollar ones, ok? This is a $60 DOLLAR TABLET FOR KIDS so, it does take a few extra seconds for apps to download but even with that being said, it still loads fast enough for a 2 year old. I love that it has access to Google Play store so you can download anything from there. It also comes preloaded with multiple learning games for different ages. Again, it does take a few minutes longer if you are downloading large apps but it is very easy for a child to use and the bumper pads that come with it make it so much more kid friendly. I highly recommend this tablet for small children and definitely recommend buying from Bronds. Their customer service is amazing. You will not regret it.

The grandkids love these. They turned 2 years old and already love them. Easy to use, and the handles make it so easy for them to hold and move around with.

I loved this tablet got it for my son who just turned 3 I got tired of letting him borrow my phone and this tablet was a total relief especially coming with a cover and an easy charger you can find anywhere because it’s an android charger. I loved the fact to access big sites like google, YouTube ect wasn’t easy. There was always a math question like 15+9 and an adult had to put the answer . Makes it way easier for me to trust my son having and using the tablet in the car or just anywhere. 5 stars!!

Cheap and good quality kids love it and its kids friendly

My son (2) loves this tablet. It offers him all the apps he loves to play and I love that i can manage what he can and cannot see. Being that he is only 2, he is bound to drop it. Well one time he did and the screen ended up not working anymore. They were quick and efficient with replacing his tablet, making for a very happy toddler. I would highly recommend.

I previously gave this item 1 star because it was broken. But the company replaced it with another one that works great. My five years old granddaughter loves it. Thank you so much.

This tablet is just as advertised. Works wonderfully and perfect size for kids. We had some questions for the seller and they wrote back quickly and were very helpful. Great customer service! I definitely recommend this product and doing business with this seller to others!!
