Who doesn’t love gummies? These gummies taste pretty good; the peach flavor is strong and slightly tart, but it does leave a slightly bitter, lingering aftertaste. The texture is a on the firm side, but chomping on these gummies is certainly a more enjoyable way to take Vitamin B than swallowing pills. The gummies arrived fresh, with an expiration date of 12/2026.My only concern about this product is whether the dosages are too high. The recommended serving of 2 gummies provide super-high mega-doses of Vitamins B12 and B6. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH):- Vitamin B12: The recommended daily allowance (RDA) for B12 is 2.4mcg for adults; two of these gummies contain 100 mcg (more than 40 times the RDA). According to official and reputable medical sources, your body absorbs only as much B12 as it needs and passes any excess through urine; however, very high doses of B12 can nevertheless cause some unpleasant side effects.- Vitamin B6: The RDA for B6 runs from 1.3-1.7mg/day for most adults; two of these gummies pack a whopping 100mg (roughly 60-80 times the RDA), which the NIH lists as the “tolerable upper limit” for adults, after which some rather nasty negative side effects may occur. (FYI, the European Food Safety Authority set an upper limit of 12 mg of vitamin B6 per day for adults.) That makes me feel that the B6 content of two of these gummies might be pushing it.I’m not a medical professional or a vitamin expert, but some basic Googling made me question whether these super-high doses are *too* high. I’ll ask my doctor, but in the meanwhile, I think I’ll be taking only one of these gummies a day instead of the two gummies listed as the dosage on the product label; even taking one gummy, I’ll be exceeding the RDA by many multiples.In terms of value, the product was $20.99 ($28.99 minus $8-off coupon) when I ordered it. For a 30-day supply (or 60 days, if you take a half-dose, as I intend to do), that seems like a reasonable value for a pretty good-tasting, high-potency gummy vitamin.4 stars.

I worry about taking Neviss B-100 Complex Gummies for several reasons. Chief among them being the mystery black thing that was just under the surface of the first gummy out of the bottle! (See photos. Taken both with and without a flash.) I don't know what it is, but I'm certain it's not supposed to be there. A similar, larger black thing was in between the label and the shrinkwrap, but I didn't think to take a photo of it until after I saw the one inside, and by then I'd already thrown the shrinkwrap away. For that reason, I can't speak to their efficacy because I'm a bit too grossed out to take any.My second concern is the age of the supplement because while there is a Lot Number printed on the bottom of the bottle, there is no Expiration Date. Instead, the Expiration Date is part of the Amazon inventory label on the lid. The Expiration Date should be the same for the entire lot, so If Neviss knew what lot the gummies were part of when they made them, then how did they not know its' Expiration Date? It may be a manufacturing mistake, but it gives the appearance that maybe they just change the label on the lid periodically to make it look like the gummies are still in date. This suspicion is reinforced by the fact that they are shown and described online as being colorless pectin with a red center, but most of the ones I received are almost totally red as if there's been lots of time for the color in the middle to bleed. Also, the centers are supposed to be liquid, but I cut a couple in half and mine are not liquid inside, they're the same all the way through, which could also be an indication of age.Third, though somewhat less important, is the information on the package and their website. When a company puts their website on the product package, I try to double-check that the site is real, since I've found many are not. Neviss actually does have a website, which is great, but part of it isn't set up yet, and what's there has obvious typos, and the button to look at their Ingredients isn't clickable. It also quotes several 5-star Amazon reviews for various other gummy supplements (not this one), but I've looked up those products, and no such reviews or reviewers exist that I can find. But maybe the reviews are tied to older listings for the supplements that don't exist anymore? I don't know. But I do know the certification symbols and statements on the label are not official in any way, and the one with a US flag is not the Made In USA symbol, which is misleading.To their credit, the gummies smell good and peach-like. The inner foil seal includes a tab to make it easier to remove, which is much appreciated. I also like that the outer bottle is almost completely shrink-wrapped (about 90%) instead of just using a skimpy band around the lid.

If you are expecting these vitamins to cure something you will be disappointed. That's not what this type of supplement does.What these B-Vitamin gummies do is provide a nice long lasting boost of energy. They are soft and easy to chew. The peach flavor is nice and does not have a chemical taste like many vitamins do.I cannot attest to the potency as I have no way to test for that. Since I haven't been diagnosed as being B-Deficient, I don't think the potency is a big deal. What I do know is they provide an energy boost that is strong enough that they shouldn't be taken before bed time. In fact, I'd stay several hours away from bedtime with these.With the energy boost, I'll be using these to start my day every day, and to help keep my B-Vitamins at optimal levels.

Normally, I like to try a supplement for about two weeks before forming an opinion on how well they seem to work and how well I like them. In this case, these arrived just the other day, and after two days of taking them, I like them right away. Called B-100 Complex, these contain all the B vitamins, and in pretty good doses. The recommended serving is two per day. These are cubes in shape, and they taste great, with no sugar. I definitely feel that boost one gets from the B vitamins. Great product, and I will get these again I am sure then this first jar is about empty.

The gummies are easy to chew and swallow and have a pleasant taste. I have taken them for a few weeks and have not noticed a significant improvement but it may need more time.
