Absolutely useless, I've had this item one month, used it three times and the motor burnt out this morning.

Felt this was slightly dangerous, kept jerkin back when on the long pole which made it difficult to cut with. Chain loosens very quickly

This is superb for reaching those high branches that cannot be normally reached. It's amazing how high you can reach with the extended pole. It's really easy to use and put together. I also like the fact that you can also use the mini chainsaw without the pole ... So all of the tree can be pruned. Excellent all round performance especially for the money ... An absolute bargain!

The blades on the chain don't seem to be sharp and slide off the wood.Very disapointed.

This is a decent piece of equipment….perfect for my needs as I no longer have to climb ladders to get to top of tree…..the pole extends far taller than me and is easy to control at the height of full extensionCan be used as a hand chainsaw as well as an extended pole saw….Supplied with two rechargeable batteries….safety goggles and gloves….A lot for your money….a great price
