We purchased this to replace the one the builder put in the house due to super low water pressure and a lackluster design and are so pleased with this new one. First of all, it looks AMAZING! It is very heavy and everything seems to be well made. My husband was able to install it in about 20 minutes, so it was pretty straightforward. We love the feature of having two spouts since I am often doing dishes when my husband will need the water to wash his hands or fill a cup... this can do 2 things at once, which is awesome. We were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the amount of water that comes blasting out of the sink when the faucet is turned all the way on... It's like we have a firehose on our sink now. I can rinse dishes in a snap, and it makes cleaning stuck-on food so easy... just watch out for those spoons! Between this new faucet and our huge single-basin sink, I feel like I am working in a pro kitchen at a restaurant. I couldn't beat the price either.

Despite what some other reviewers have stated, this faucet is solid. Definitely all metal. It looks and feels expensive and we've gotten quite a few compliments since installing. The water flow is very good, especially out of the pot filler arm. The hardest part of the install in our case was removing the old faucet and attachments but once that was done this one was in place and functioning within 15-30 minutes. The instructions are lacking to say the least but everything is pretty straight forward. We essentially hand tightened the hoses to the bottom connectors and correctly guessed the order (hint: hot goes in to the longer connection which is closest to the hot water direction on the mixer handle). So far its been 2 or 3 weeks of constant use in a house of 6 with no leaks, scratches, or surprises and we couldnt be happier.

Pros: Good water pressure using both pot filler and sprayer. I find that I can lower the amount of water used and still can adequately clean. I like the fact that I can leave the main mixer valve on at all times and turn on the water with either pot filler or sprayer. I think that this is a great looking Kitchen faucet. Cons: the major flaw is that the hose for the sprayer is not metal braided. In the 5 years that I have owned it, both valves leaked and had to be replaced. The on/off valve failed first (after 2 years) and I contacted them and they sent me another. That took about a month to receive from China. The pot washer failed in May of 2025. Multiple emails (8x) went unanswered. With regular faucets, the valve cylinders should last about 15-20 years before replacement. Typical poor Chinese materials used in manufacturing.

I absolutely love this faucet. We remodeled our kitchen and put in a black farmhouse sink. It looks beautiful and the double faucet is great! Get many compliments all the time. The only thing that disappoints me is we have only had it 3 months and the black is wearing off the faucet handle. That would be the only reason I didn't five star it. It would be great if you could suggest something to fix this. The water pressure is so strong we cannot believe it. Great! So, as soon as I contacted the co. about the handle they responded immediately. They are sending a new handle. I will change my four star to five. Thank you! So here it is one year later and I still absolutely love this faucet. I only hope that if and when we ever move or need a new faucet that this one will still be available. Water pressure is so strong we have to keep it turned down a bit. Thank you thank you

Great faucet. Had the stainless for a number of years. It did corrode a bit and just got a bit grungy looking so we bought a new one in black. Looks great. Works great. Only complaint is that the supply lines provided are garbage. Very difficult to get them to not drip. Didn't have this problem with the previous one.

This Faucet is Great. I was shock with the price and kept thinking it was going to fall apart. However, quite the opposite as I am so happy I took a chance and bought this. I love it! It's very unique with the 2 water outlets as it has a sprayer and a main stream. And get this ... they both work at the same time. Example: I could be spraying vegetables and if my husband needs a glass of water, I can continue doing what I'm doing and he can get his water. This faucet is so sturdy and strong. The sprayer is super strong. I'm totally amazed with the quality. Before I found this, I went to Home Depot and Lowes and all of the sturdy, nice faucet's were all over $200 - Insane! I got this for $125 and they shipped it for free.

UPDATE: We’ve had this faucet for about a year now, and it’s starting to deteriorate. The black paint is chipping off of a few areas and the sprayer often gets stuck. Water pressure is still good, but you get what you pay for. It would’ve been cheaper to just buy a name brand faucet from a home improvement store, given that we’ll probably have to replace it in just a few years. This would have cost 2-3 times this price at Home Depot or Lowe’s. The water pressure is amazing, and the quality is pretty good. I love the way it looks. It really makes our kitchen look so chic, and the price was great. Would recommend!

We have owned this sprayer for 8 years now. It’s never given us any problems. Highly recommend.
