Add milk not water. Water makes it icy, milk makes it creamy. Mix quantities per directions

Yeah, I mean you were charged more because you got two products. These are not eligible for returns but you can always do a customer service chat or call and see what they can do for you.

Q: Why you mention to use tap water.? Spring water does not do the job?
