The item works great, physical therapist helped set it for us. Excellent device, arrived when ordered, gives pain relief, easy to use, therapist said high quality device.

I am pleased with this product. It’s not complicated. Biggest thing I learned is not to move around too much while it’s under pressure or it will lose tension. It works well and has made a big difference with the pain caused by a bulge in my neck. It has relieved The nerve pain burning down my left arm. I do recommend using this product.

As someone in my age dealing with chronic neck pain, I was hoping this would help, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The pump mechanism is incredibly stiff—no matter how much pressure I applied, I couldn’t get it to work properly. It left me exhausted just trying to set it up. The material also feels flimsy, as if it could fall apart at any moment. I can’t believe I wasted my money on something so poorly made. Avoid this at all costs!

I wish that the less expensive cervical traction devices, like the inflatable collars worked for my wife. They didn’t. On the advice of her spine specialist and seconded by her PT, we purchased this one. It does, and now she is in less pain. If you have spondylolysis of upper cervical joints, or rheumatoid arthritis, it may help you too.Tip: to reduce lower back pain when lying on the floor using it, also purchase a lumbar pillow and a low ottoman to place your legs on.

There must be a better product.Extremely frustrating.Leaky pump and faulty band, Velcro on opposite sides of band, must be twisted to secure, and then it snaps loose and you have to start over, not easy.Requires constant adjustment and much exertion to maintain pressure as faulty pump leaks air.When it works, rarely, it helps.Too much effort to pump, air leaks, and loses pressure, cheap band does not fit a human head with misapplied Velcro that must be twisted to meet.

I bought this specific brand and model upon the recommendation of my physical therapist. It brought tremendous relief between appointments and hopefully will save me some future visits as well. She did provide the information on intensity and frequency of use, which I recommend. It was easy to use since I was already familiar with using traction. She also trained me thoroughly so that I didn’t have the issues others mentioned about it not holding.
