It Worked for Me
Simply put this item works if used properly, however to leave it at just that would serve as an injustice to both the product and the potential customer. Because of that I plan to explain my thoughts on the product brought on by using it first hand. However, before going into the detailed specifics of the product I want to emphasize the key words in the first sentence "this item works if used properly". By that I mean you have to exercise, you have to be smart with your diet, and you MUST drink plenty of water (more on the importance of this later). I will go over all three of these points but first you must realize that not everyone will have the same results. The results that one person got in no way guarantee you the same or even similar results. Each person is different and therefore will receive results that differ, sometimes only mildly so and in other cases quite drastically. In my case this product worked and in order to help you understand why, I will give you a bit of back round on my physical condition.I'm a young college aged male who has been in good - great shape throughout my life due to sports providing consistent exercise. Once high school ended I maintained by fitness by regular weight lifting and Intramural sports while at school. Although I am in good shape I do carry around some fat (10-13% body weight) due in most part to my diet which could certainly improve. While I am able to put on muscle I do have some difficultly taking off fat (who doesn't) so I decided to try Hydroxycut Elite.It is important to note that there is no true short cut to burning fat (sorry if that statement is hard to come to grips with... it was for me). Through countless years of evolution the human body has adapted to maintain fat stores extremely well, its only in the past few centuries that procuring enough food to prevent starvation has been eliminated as a problem for the majority of people in the developed world. Therefore the only tried and true way to cause your body to burn fat (that it desperately wants to save and store, similar to hoarders on TLC) is by burning more calories then you take in. Hydroxycut doesn't really target/burn fat directly but it allows your body to more easily burn off fat. Ingredients such as caffeine raise metabolism, and stimulates you to be active. This is the main reason why Hydroxycut has the potential to work. However it will only work if you carry out your side of the bargain.First off when taking this product you need to exercise. I personally would lift weights 2-3 times a week and get in cardio by playing sports at least twice a week. This might be too much or too little exercise for you depending on your physical condition but it worked for me. Personally I didn't feel any rush of energy as some people noticed, in fact the only difference in terms of energy/alertness I noticed was my inability to take my afternoon nap when I took two pills. However regardless if you feel energized or not by this product you need to exercise to allow yourself to get results. Secondly you need to be smart with your diet. If you eat pizza and ice cream all day while taking this product chances are you will get no results besides a larger pant size. Hydroxycut does curve your appetite (an effect I did notice) and there is a good chance you will find yourself wanting less and eating less food. Needless to say this greatly helps in terms of burning more calories then you consume. Its important that you eat relatively healthy as well so your body continues to function normally. Fruits and veggies are great choices and some servings of lean meat help too. Lastly and most importantly you must hydrate! I can not stress this enough, you must drink a lot of water. We have all heard that its recommended to drink 8 cups of water a day, well when taking this product I recommend you increase that to at least 10-12 cups a day. Chances are you are like most people and don't drink your 8 cups a day, well if that's the case I highly encourage you to drink more water. This product does cause you to sweat a fair amount. In fact many people including myself lost a good deal of weight in the first week of using this product (I lost around 4 pounds). Well unfortunately most if not all that initially weight lost is water weight, and you will need to quickly replenish that if you hope to start burning some fat.If your still reading this I assume you are serious about trying this item so I will reveal my personal results. I started this product about three months ago and was weighing anywhere from 170-175 depending on time of day/recent meals. After these three months I am now around 165-167 depending on the time of day and have added a good deal of muscle from lifting weights. The vast majority of the weight I lost was indeed fat and the results can be clearly seen in my stomach and legs, my abs are now more cut and the muscles in my legs are more clearly defined. I continue to exercise regularly and drink plenty of water as well as improving my diet slightly. I have been off this product for just over two weeks and have maintained these numbers. Therefore I conclude that Hydroxycut did work very well for me. If you put in the work I am confident that you could see similar results and possibly even better ones. I have had no withdrawals after using this product and would be willing to try it again if I feel the need arises. I would additionally be glad to answer any questions you have.My usual routine: Two pills in the morning with a half a bottle of water before and a full bottle after (continue to hydrate throughout day). Would cycle 3 days on and one day off. On days that I knew I wouldn't be able to exercise I would take just one pill or coincide it with my off day. I have cut out soda entirely, I drink almost exclusively water although sometimes I mix protein powder with 1% milk. Good luck with your own weight loss goals!

Great for work, not recommended for the gym/intense workouts though personally.
Absurd value for the price, at work I was going through 3-4 monsters, reigns, c4 etc a day during a single 10 hour shift and having constant crashes but 1 pill before work and an extra during lunch if it's a really busy day gives me the focus and drive I need to get everything done. But instead of $10-12 a day I'm staying under $1 for my caffeine which adds up so ridiculously fast.Workout wise I highly suggest pre-workout instead though as this is much more in the energy drink ballpark and not so much for working out, doesn't give the burst of energy you need and is a much more stable all day energy with no crashing afterwards.

I had initally used the regular Hydroxycut back in Nov. 2013 and lost a couple lbs but almost at the end of the bottle I just stopped using them. I ordered these to boost y energy, work outs and weight loss. I suffer from severe Hypthyroidism and for the past couple of years since my last child. I have 4. I had no luck with losing weight and was instead gaining weight with exercise. I have never been a bad eater being athletic all my days. I just was not able to keep the weight from piling on. With these I lost 10 lbs in one month and that says a whole lot. I had been gaining about 2-5 lbs every month for two years.Pros:lots of energy + great alertness + appetite suppressant + = weight lossI do also work out generally about 2-3 times a week doing light cardio aerobics and eat pretty well. Not dieting just eating usual foods with moderate portions.Cons:headachesloss stoolsjittersloss of sleepI found that drinking about 2-3 bottles of water a day took away all of these symptoms. I added aquafina drops to my water. I am not a big eater or drinker so this helped me to eat regularly and drink regularly or I would get sick. Not skipping meals was a problem for me because I don't get hungry a lot but I had no choice but to eat and drink normally while taking these pills.I liked these enough to order another bottle. I have never done that before. My advice is eat 3 meals and drink at least a bottle of water with each dose and exercise a couple times a week for at least 15-30 min.I would rate it 5 stars but my loss of sleep was important to me because I already have long term insomnia but I took tylenol pm and it helps.
