Excellent remote replacement, good quality, and working perfectly as the original. Recommended

Connected in 5 seconds but them it is not reliable and does not work properly... somehow the TV is hanging or not responding to the remote. Even the smart thing mobile remote d9rs not respond when this remote is in vicinity. Have to remove its battery to make smart things remote work

It is working but microphone not working also it is hard pressing on the buttons and takes time and multiple clicks to work

The remote isn’t a pure Samsung replacement but all the buttons are in the right places and it works well. It uses batteries as well instead of charging (like the original one) so is probably better in that sense. Would purchase again

Poor user experience and quality of buttons.

Remote was not smooth control and stop working after few weeks.

Voice button doesn't work at all, despite ad description. Buttons also appear to be low quality. E.g. action doesn't always occur with the press of a button. Thinking about returning it, but other functions working but not great.

this is the worst remote in the entire world. Completely buggy and worst of all the buttons don't hold you have to click each and everytime. What a horrible product.

Worked perfectly with my Samsung QA65Q70T TV. I just paired the remote which took 5 seconds & it worked perfectly. All the buttons including app buttons and Voice control worked great without any problems. I certainly recommend this remote & would but another one when& if needed.
