Super gentle and easy to use. The box came with charging cord and 2 replacement coil heads, which I was surprised about. The quality seems a bit cheezy, however it works really well. Just low quality components like the on/off switches that I think may break. Good product for the cost.

This isn’t as good as my older model but it does the job eventually. But I do appreciate the fact it’s rechargeable. This is preferable over harsh chemicals that can burn my skin.

Excellent product! Very compact design, so you can take it on the go. Works well with fine hairs that are hard to get with a razor.

Product worked fine about 4 times (on face only) until the "razor" part tore up the skin around my mouth/chin. Skin was left bumpy, irritated, and red for about 3 days. I have used other similar products (Flawless hair remover, dermaplane razors, etc.) without any issue previously and my skin was healthy and hydrated previously. I ordered the black version of this product and it was clearly spray-painted black, which may have contributed to the irritation/rash. Product is a complete waste.

Small, compact and rechargeable. Perfect for on the go or vacation. You get 2 extra heads, cleaning brush and changing cable. I will say this does have a learning curve on how best to work, but once you get that figured out, it’s great!
