Revolutionary material completely different from all the gel packs. Perhaps dose not stay cold as long as regular re usable gel packs, but the flexibility of the material makes up for that. Completely forms perfectly to your neck. And no hard spots as with most gel packs when first removed from freezer. This material truly is a revelation in cold therapy. I wish it was available in several squares about 10 by 14 inches. Only problem with this neck wrap is it treats entire neck and both sides of upper back. In my case I only need to treat one side and on top of shoulder and up neck on one side. If available in squares could easily treat other areas of body like joints and individual muscles. But a fantastic product. I wonder if cutting it into smaller pieces would ruin it?

Ice pack - it has some sort of solution inside and you put it your freezer to get it cold then wrap it around your neck. Instant relief and great because you never know when you might pull a muscle and this is quick and really relieves the neck pain!!

This is a pretty good neck ice pack, but the area where the hook side of the velcro is is way too wide. I'm 4'11", with a small neck (I wear a 16" necklace) and it's quite difficult to get it wrapped so that the sharp hook area doesn't scratch my neck. It has to be wrapped tightly, which isn't always comfortable. It does cover a decently large area, from the lower cervical area up to the occipital region. I just wish the wrap section was a hair longer, and the hook area of the velcro was narrower to avoid neck irritation.

This is my favorite cooling neck wrap. I have several but the flexibility and cooling capability of this one blows the others out of the water. It's so thin I can wear it under a neck brace.

I was hit by a texting driver doing 55, that accident really messed up my neck. It's been very painful and my spinal cord is still swollen 3 months later but this cold pack has really helped! It's comfortable and interestingly it's got a nice weight that makes it extra supportive, the little apron in the back reaches down to my upper thoracic level and provides extra relief for my injuries, it's so much nicer than a straight band shaped ice pack, helped with the clavicle pain due to dislocated ribs from the seatbelt, you can open it up and lay it over your shoulder to reach your ribs. So helpful! It gets very cold but it's very flexible so it's super comfortable to use, still pretty cold after 30 mins of wearing. It's gentle on skin too, no frost bite. I love this thing, use it several times a day. It's holding up very well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this ice pack for cervical injuries!

This works great on shoulder and neck pain. Made very well. Easy to use.

Doesn't fit large necks super well (scratchy velcro against neck) but did stay around mine nonetheless. FElt like it might fall off but not yet. I'm going to contact and ask about a larger size or extender.

I need to ice my neck everyday after work and this has been working well so far. I have only had it for a week.
