Love this creatine, the pills make it so much easier for me to stay in habit and results are as advertised. I noticed a drastic increase in my lifts. Zero flavor and pills arent any different in size and ur typical multivitamin. I switched to so many brands and powders yet i always end up coming back.

Not a fan of creatine pill, but I'm on a work shift that I get up for at 1am and don't have time to mix some powder. I got these to save a few minutes on work days. These are somewhat large and that early in morning, my throat isn't a fan of these and they get stuck often while trying to swallow them. No issue later in the day. I should have got some capsules and will next time.

Sorry I won't buy these again, yes they seem to work but these tablets stick in my throat even when broken in half... not just me my daughter had the same problem. We take numerous vitamins and minerals in tablet form every day but these are the only ones to get stuck in our throats. I will buy from same manufacturer if they do capsules or even coated, if not I will seek from another supplier as the product actually does work I have firmer stronger muscles after less than a month.... just gagging every time I take these is unpleasant
