I got in a bad accident July of 2024 and I began to experience very serious migraines after that. Most over the counter pain relievers do not help and I have tried everything under the sun to alleviate some of the pain. The only thing that works is to just try my best to fall asleep in a cool, pitch black room so thank the lord I have this ice head wrap, it has completely changed everything for me. It is the only thing that helps me fall asleep and is extremely comfy. When I first used it, it did have a bit of a chemical smell but often times I do get nauseous during episodes so the smell actually helps me in a weird way lol. It fits well and I like that it gives a compression feel. It stays cool for a long while, I usually let it sit out for a couple of minutes or even put a bandana on under the ice pack if I get really desperate when it’s too cold. It’ll stay cold for up to an hour for me at least which is fine with me because I usually end up falling asleep anyways. It also stays on really well throughout the night and I’m what my boyfriend calls “an aggressive sleeper” lol. Anyways It is so worth the money so if you’re a chronic migraine’r and you find yourself squeezing your head or stumbling around your kitchen to make yourself a make-shift ice pack get this! Seriously!

I originally got it for migraines, and it works wonders for relieving pressure and pain — but I was pleasantly surprised at how great it is for puffy eyes too. The cold gel covers the entire head and face comfortably, and it stays cold for a good amount of time without feeling too harsh. It’s soft, stretchy, and blocks out light perfectly. Whether I have a headache, need to relax, or want to reduce puffiness around my eyes, this cap is my go-to. Highly recommend!

This migraine cap has been such a game changer for me. I keep it in the fridge (never the freezer — that would be way too cold for me!), and it always comes out at the perfect temperature. As soon as I put it on my head, the cooling relief is immediate. It fits comfortably, stays cold for a good amount of time, and really helps take the edge off when I’m in the middle of a migraine. I don’t know how I got through migraine days without it. Highly recommend!

I think it works great. Ive only used it cold. I keep it in the fridge (in the zip bag it comes with) rather than the freezer. I find it is uncomfortable at that extreme. I haven't tried to heat it. I liked the pink color but now feel black would have been better at blocking out the light. It stays cold about 30 min. Im going to buy a second one to have on hand jic I need it longer.
