Compact size yet big capacity
Seems to be well made. The three compartments unscrew easily and are firmly secured by re-screwing them together. I haven’t had need to use the waterproofing gaskets, so I put those in storage until the need arises. The pill compartments easily hold a month’s worth of medication which is handy for an extended trip away from home. The three compartments put together are just a bit larger than a disposable lighter making this pill holder ideal for space saving packing.

Small but solid & convenient
I'm giving this a 5 star rating because it IS a quality product. I must say I was disappointed when I received it due to its small size. Be sure to read the dimensions posted online and know what you're getting. That said, I kept both of the ones I ordered because they ARE well made, are quite likely very waterproof, and will possibly come in handy for other purposes. I could not fit one fish oil pill AND one multi-vitamin in the same compartment. I could fit one or the other of those two AND some of my other smaller pills, but not both of them. The pics show how long and thick the fish oil pill is. If you just put that one in, and it could rest at an angle inside, then it would fit in the compartment. On its end and NOT on an angle, the compartment would not close due to the pill's length (over 1 "). The inside diameter of the compartment is about 17 mm (less than 11/16"). This is narrower than the diameter of a dime!

Excellent multi dose pill holder
I recently sustained an injury that requires me to take NSAIDs 4 times a day, both for pain and to keep the inflammation down. At morning and at night this is no big deal because I'm home, but if I'm out of the house I need to be able to take 2 doses of pills with me. Yes, I could carry a bottle of ibuprofen with me, but even a small bottle is too big to comfortably carry in my pocket and I don't always have my backpack with me. I wanted to be able to carry a single day's dose that would go with me no matter what I was doing. I bought this pill holder because it had multiple separate compartments, good reviews, and was reasonably priced. I won't need it forever so I didn't want an expensive one that would sit in my kitchen junk drawer in a month. The black anodizing looks good. I also like that it was shipped with a package of spare o-ring seals for each compartment of the container. The seals seem snug, though I haven't tested to see if it's waterproof. Since it will be in my pocket, it's not a big concern. With the three compartments, I can carry two separate doses of medicine, plus a couple of Tylenol in case I get some breakthrough pain in between doses. Since it's on my keychain, I always have it in my pocket, and it's small enough to be unobtrusive. The nice thing is that you can omit 1 or 2 compartments and make the holder more compact if you don't need all of them. This is a simple, inexpensive holder that nevertheless solves a specific problem for me. So far it's exactly what I needed.

Nice size
I bought mine to keep strains of cannabis separated when away from home for the day. Nice sized partitions and the piece put together feels the right size in my hand. I love how the threads on the bottom of each compartment are on the outside. I won't get my plant material caught in the threads like I would if I was screwing down into the container (if the threads were on the inside of the bottom). It makes a squeaking sound when screwing it together. Not a big deal but it isn't silent. At first I had a concern that little pieces of the threads are wearing off and becoming dust around something I am going to be inhaling. After looking at how the threads are done, if there were little particles, most if not all of this stuff should stay on the outside. Nice little containers.

The best “travel pill holder” I’ve found made to carry multiple medications at once!
Great little travel pill holder! As someone with an autoimmune disease I take multiple medications daily at different hours of the day. The pill holder I had originally was just too small. It worked fine for 2-3 small, round tablets and maybe a single capsule but nothing more. This Opret Keychain Pill Holder has multiple pieces (4) that screw to together providing you with 4 separate “pill holders” in one. Each small section also holds as much as the original single pill holder I had allowing me to carry four times the amount of medications if needed. The best part is that you have the option to just carry one or two sections with you while leaving the others at home. So may possibilities!

Exactly what I was looking for.
I needed something that I could easily keep on me to hold my meds. I looked at several different things and decided to try these and I am so glad I did. It is light weight and easily holds different sizes of pills and/or capsules. It can hold 3 large capsules, 8 to 10 over the counter pain pills such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen and multiple smaller pills in each section. It is also water resistant which has come in handy when I accidentally dropped it in water. And since it is a two pack I can easily keep one on my car keys and one on my other keys. It is exactly what I needed. I no longer have to carry a bag full of meds when I only need to carry a few pills.

Holds more than you think
This was exactly what I was looking for. Holds more pills than you think while being small enough to fit in your pocket.

Kinda weird reviewing a pill case but i thought i would anyway incase others are interested. It’s a modern style with excellent function. When my wife and I go out it holds 2 of our acid pills, 2 regular tylenols, and 2 regular motrin. I haven’t stuffed it more than that since theres no need for it. It attaches to my keychain and fits nicely in my pocket. I do only have 3 keys though so if you have a large keychain with lots of keys and things already i don’t think this would be good for you since it would add to the bulkiness. I really love the look of it but the fact that i can have a bunch of compartments seperated and shorten or lengthen to my needs for the day/week is wonderful. Now if you take alot of pills daily i wouldn’t recommend this. Unscrewing and screwing the tops would get quite annoying after multiple uses a day but if you just have a few things like myself and my wife it gets the job done nicely. Oh and its pretty solid like a rock and hasn’t been dented even after a handful of falls just a few minor scratches. Easy recommendation

Bought this for my boyfriend so he could carry some of his pills he needs before some meals. It could fit, surprisingly, 3 of the pills in each compartment so 9 in total. It looks sleek, doesn't stick out either so he can feel like it's discreet. It's fairly light too. He was very happy with this!

Had it for half a year so far on my keychain and it's been really tough with not even a scratch on it yet plus fits a good amount of meds of various sizes.

Great for a quick 3-5 day trip. I use them to store vitamin C, melatonin, & Tylenol.
