Material is a kind of sheer mesh which isn't too apparent in the listing images.There are no pockets, no zips, buttons etc. They fasten with hook and loop tabs.I am guessing they are medium sized and whilst they are wearable for those a little larger, the vest will not fasten.no label with washing instructions, but for the price they could be treated as a 'one time event' use or to keep in the boot of a car for emergency use.In summary - very low cost, basic hi vis vest.

these vests are perfect for any operation that needs high vis but you dont need high vis coat , they are easy to slip on over your normal clothes or work clothes , they are mesh based so nice and light weight and they have velcro fastening so they are extremely easy on and off .they are very bright as you would expect , they have two reflective strips that go all the way round the vest , they are what i would consider them to be Large size for a man, but because its a vest they can be worn by most people, they just may be a little too big or slightly too small .
