Hémisphère Ballpoint Pen | Matte Black with Chrome Trim | Medium Point | Blue Ink | Gift Box

After many years of using Parker ballpoint pens, followed by a brief flirtation with Sheaffer, I discovered Waterman Hemisphere pens. They're fairly slim but still offer a good, well balanced weight, and the ballpoint refills are simply the best I've ever used, being ultra smooth and very long lasting. I've always kept two of them on the go, one with a black refill for official documents, etc, and one with a blue refill just because it's my preferred writing colour. Sadly, one of my Hemispheres vanished - probably lost - a few months ago and was well overdue for replacement when this one popped up on a ridiculously well-priced Black Friday deal. The silver and gold wouldn't have been my first choice of colour (and if I'd waited a few days I could have had the all silver model for the same price) but in the hand it looks and feels just as good as my much older lacquered coloured one. This model is one of the cheapest in the range and as such is excellent value. If you need a good pen and don't have a burning need to spend more than necessary on a particular colour choice, you really couldn't do better than to buy this.

This is a beautiful pen that writes smoothly, is well made and sturdy. Not much more to be said. The twist-action operation operates well with no tendancy to retract - I have used this pen extensively every day for the last six months and it is working as well now as when it came out of the box and gives every impression that it will continue to do so for years yet. I find it compares very well to pens costing very much more without breaking the bank, important, if like me you have a habit of losing pens. Recommended.

I've owned the ballpoint version for 4 years now. In that time I've replaced the cartridge a couple of times so the pen, while used daily, isn't used for long writing spells, but noting down ideas or key bits of information. For this purpose it's a lovely pen to use. Looks great, durable and elegant in the stainless steel and gold version I have. The pen is on the small size so I would look to buy a larger, thicker model if I needed to write more. The pen is forgiving for daily use with the ballpoint and the Waterman replacement cartridges are smooth on paper. I'm very happy with the pen and have received compliments on the pen in meetings, which is nice as it wasn't overly expensive.

Beautiful quality slim Waterman pen more suitable for female

I bought this excellent pen as a gift for my wife. It is quite slim, beautifully lacquered, and writes smoothly and well. It feels just the right weight in the hand and look the quality product that it is. It comes very well presented in a good quality goft box, and i am really happy that my wife is very pleased with it

I have always bought Parker pens, but when I needed a new one, I perused the ball pens available on Amazon & decided to purchase this Waterman pen. I am glad I did because it is an absolute pleasure to use. It looks more expensive than it actually is, it is lovely to hold & it writes smoothly. I can't properly explain the feeling I get when using this, it just feels 'right'. It's a fabulous item, & I am pleased I chose to break with tradition. Recommended.

Firstly this is beautiful object with deep black lacquer and silver trim. It is a joy to hold but it’s best feature for me as a left handed writer is its ease of writing. It is beautiful and the best pen I’ve ever written with. Awesome

It comes in an attractive case. I bought this as a gift. It's a silver slim pen with a subtle design. It is quite slim, beautifully lacquered, and writes smoothly and well. It feels just the right weight in the hand and looks like the quality product that it is. It is good value for the money. I am pleased with the pen and would recommend it.

Waterman ist eine Marke das jeder kennt. Wenn ich diese Kugelschreiber gesehen habe, wusste ich, dass diese perfekt für mich ist. Der Kugelschreiber kommt mit eine schöne Geschenkbox and sieht sehr hübsch aus. Die Schreibstil ist bestens, ich bin beeindruckt. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit diese Kugelschreiber, sehr empfehlenswert.
